"Called Big Timber for a free estimate for a tree removal. Estimator came out within 3 days of the call (other companies were scheduling 2+ weeks out for estimates). Price was fair given the complexity of the job - it was a medium-sized tree, but in a tight spot with not much room around it, hanging over a fence, a pool, pool equipment including a gas line for the pool heater - and no bucket truck or machine access; tree would have to be climbed and all cut parts hand-carried out. Upon scheduling for the job, date was set for less than 2 weeks out. Crew arrived on time as scheduled and worked quickly but carefully to complete the work. All branches dropped with precision in tight space, stump cut as low as possible, clean cut. All trimmings removed and chipped on site; by the time the crew was gone, there was no evidence they were ever there, except of course for the tree stump where a full tree once stood. "I am very happy with the service provided by CC Tree Experts. They will be the first company I call for this service from now on. 1) Responsive. They were the first ones out with a quote (within a day). My prior service took a week to get a guy out. 2) Fair. Of the quotes I got, they had a fair price.. no over charging. 3) Efficient. On the day of, they were running by 8 am with all vehicles and tools. They were basically done by 11:30. 4) Safe. I watched them slice and dice a tall old tree with control and precision. 5) Clean. The tree and area was chocked with overgrowth and vines. They navigated it all and left the ground clean and debris free. It did take 3 weeks to get work started. I blame that on their high demand. "I have been looking for someone to do this kind of work for a while since it doesn't make sense for me to own and maintain my own log splitter and manual splitting is not feasible.  I burn wood, and have large trees taken down from time to time (as do many of my neighbors). It makes no sense to pay to have felled trees hauled away, and then to buy firewood. 
I emailed Trevor with pics and a volume estimate of the wood I needed processed. He responded promptly with an estimate, his conditions, and a date. I accepted, and, without further ado, Trevor and assistant showed up at the agreed upon time. He quickly understood what I needed done and proceeded with the work efficiently, without any need for further discussion or direction. I was able to completely concentrate on some other work that I had to do.
A second work day (completed last week) went equally smoothly. A good plan, well-executed, at a fair price is how I summarized it.

"Josh and his crew did an exceptional job. I hired him to remove 9 trees in my yard to clear way for a pool installation. Additionally they removed approximately 300' of chain link fence. They were timely in starting the work. Arrived at the time we agreed to. The crew was respectful and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. I have already asked Josh for a quote for some additional work I would like to have done now and will definitely be using in the future.
