He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. Even after having to cut into our chimney 2x to get the flue to fit he stuck to his original quote. We had a 1950s basement that needed a full gut job and requested pretty basic finishes (drywall, electrical, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, woodwork, etc.). They provided a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Rudolph was very transparent with me through the whole process. Our old basement had some framing that was not up to code so we had to make a few adjustments to our workplan and he always thought about the most aesthetically pleasing options. "Needed a roof over my upper deck. Was told specifically not to cut in my metal roof. When I looked how it was progressing, he cut into my metal roof & told me he had to for the permit. Talked with Aaron at Spring Township for permit & he never asked to put support above patio doors, instead of cutting metal roof. Aaron had no problem approving it, not cutting metal roof. Outright lied to me!!! Few years later, of course it leaked(no reputable builder would cut into a metal roof) Jesse told me he used a sealant which was bad(cracked) & did not let me know until it leaked. He did fix the roof, but ended up telling me to sue him for the damage it caused(mold & mildew down my wall below) He won't answer a text to repair...might just have to sue him... DO NOT USE HIM!! HE LIES & DOESN'T OWN UP TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIS WORK!!!"
