Communication was very good: they always returned my calls and addressed all my concerns. You can tell by speaking with John that he REALLY cares about the work and is invested in your property. He made suggestions during the job that not only upgraded the initial quality of what we were looking for but saved us a bit of money in the end. He is honest with the state of the work that needed to be done and make outstanding creative suggestions when asked for his opinion (color, style blend, etc). His team was like ghosts, they did not stray from the work/ staging areas and were essentially ghosts - the only signs of their presence was the completed work. It was done about a week faster than they anticipated and honestly looks better than we hoped. Amazing work, I wish we found them sooner. I'd hire John 10/10 times if I had to do it over. he definitely over-delivered for us."
