He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"
