"The deck is transformed now with Behr Deckover paint and all weather lattice trim. He framed out the lattice with pressure treated lumbers so its tight and securely attached. Adding the lattice/trim was alot of work. Jerry also built a planting bed in front of the refurbished deck w 6x6 timbers and filled it with 8 bags of soil. The plant bed was added on mid way through the job, and Jerry accommodated me with that additional work. He also fixed the frame of the planting bed on the short side of the deck and added some trim above the latticework. Jerry power washed the deck the year before so the surface was ready to paint, that's not included in this cost. This job took 3 full days 8-9 hours/day. The cost shown here is labor only; paint, lattice, & wood was extra which you can estimate upfront."

They have all the materials needed and necessary safety equipments as they had to repair the siding from the third floor of the building."

They understood what I needed and worked with me to get the best possible solution! The crew all worked flawlessly together. They took two days to finish the job. The first was the ground preparation and setting up the framing for the concrete. The second was to pour the concrete and finish off the job. Everyone knew exactly what to do to keep the concrete flowing from the truck to the back yard. One guy maned the truck, one guy worked the destination surface and two ran the wheelbarrows back and forth from the truck to the walkway! They put in great effort to keep my driveway and the street clear from residual concrete. I am extremely pleased with the work they did for the price they charged. "I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."
