"I had a great experience with Genovese. I called 3 companies for estimates on my roof.  The first company's estimate was  $1000 higher than Genovese,  and did not include the shed, a replacement skylight window and replacement gutters. The second company was nearby and made an appointment to come and never showed up. I called and left a message, they never returned my call or showed up. Genovese made an appointment for the estimate with me and an hour before the appointment the office called and said Brian would be a half hour late. Brian showed up about a half hour late and was very nice and professional. They started the job a day late due to pouring rain but the crew was here first thing the next morning and Brian was here off and on during the day. The electrician who worked with Genovese came that day too,  to do the window. Everything went as planned. The roofs and window were finished that day and the yard was clean. The workers did a good job.  Brian was friendly and very nice to work with, as was his sister, Hope,  who takes care of everything in the office. They both were very professional answering all my questions. And if Hope didn't know the exact answer about materials etc., she would get back to me right away or have Brian call me. None of my phone calls went unanswered.  My roof looks great and the new skylight window is a Velux and is exceptional in looks and quality. My new gutters, done while I was at work,  are also a better looking design than the old ones."
