"Do NOT recommend. Mark came out and seemed nice enough and while his company wasn’t the most economical, he was a good salesman and I went with the Window Place. He placed my window order on January 18, 2023. By the end of March, my order in its entirety still wasn’t manufactured. I had them install what they had and to my surprise, half of the sliding patio door was incorrect. So the two panels didn’t match. They had to reorder the door and I had to wait another two months. The Window Place blamed the manufacturer. But the real shocker is that it is the end of August 2023 and the half-moon bathroom window just got manufactured and is ready to be installed. That’s 7 months!!!! The Window Place blames the manufacturer and won’t take any responsibility. If they are selling a “high quality” window, but the manufacturer can’t even produce a window for 7 months, what does that say about the quality?? Do yourself a favor…. Use another company. And just for reference, I had 17 windows and a slider installed… the cost was astronomical not to be given the courtesy of a phone call when I requested one."

"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"I asked them to honor their five-year warranty when their cement was falling apart after two years, they agreed, but then they backed out and now they have just told me to leave them alone and stop texting them. You cannot trust this company. They'll give you a 5 year warranty because they know they have no intention of honoring it. I have been calling and texting this company for months. I had to harass them to get a text from them. Then they insisted I show them the contract before they would honor it. I would think they have a copy. Fortunately, we have the contract and I sent them a copy. We paid $4000 for the exceptionally crappy work they did at my house. They gave us a 5 year warranty in writing, but now refuse to honor it and used the excuse that they don't have enough workers to do the work and they are only willing to refund $2500 of the $4000 I paid for them to make everything look horrible. See my pictures. This company is a joke and the DO NOT HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY "
