Our shower had slowly leaked and had severely damaged some dry wall located adjacent to the shower. Joe knew the problem and outlined the various steps that he would he have to take. "I had a new marble foyer installed three years ago and since the installer went out of business I was searching for someone knowledgeable and very experienced to maintain it on an annual basis. Colonial marble refused to maintain it because they had not installed it. Finally I found Tony, the owner of Marble One Restoration. He thoroughly examined the marble, and explained several options to restore it. His price was reasonable and he was able to make the area sparkle, also explaining exactly how to maintain it between annual maintenance visits. Space, came up with a plan and completely followed through on the tile installation for my family room and office space. A little over 700 ft.² that had a few dynamic curbs and an uneven concrete floor. Sam was able to masterfully navigate Not only the floor but the design that I had drawn up. I have been in the Tile business for going on 15 years and another 23 years as an architect. Sam Is a talented Tile Contractor bordering on tile artist.
