They painted the house and redid the access stairs to the second floor, installed all the ceiling lights and installed the chandelier. "Hired to power wash and stain ~20year old Ipe deck. Did a very good job at a good price. Fred was very communicative throughout the process. We may have made a bad call with respect to picking dates to complete work, based on temperature and rain, but that is as much on us as Fred. There is a lot of variation in the coloration of boards so we'll see in time. I'd definitely consider him for future projects."
