I have used their services for a number of years, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling and deck construction, and have always been able to rely on their competence and efficiency in giving me good results. The company employs people who are true craftsmen, people who have a thorough knowledge of how to handle all the details and who are good at dealing with challenges. Most recently, the company worked on a kitchen renovation for me. The job involved digging under the surface of the kitchen floor which, because I have an old shed kitchen, was sagging as it was basically sitting on rotting boards which, in turn, were sitting on 13” of air above disintegrating concrete. The workers installed concrete footing to support a reframing of the floor; sheathing; and a new floor on top. Because the kitchen has no heat vent and was cold in the winter, plenty of insulation was put under the floor and behind parts of the walls. An occasional flooding problem by the rear entrance door, caused by the fact that the floor was flush with the ground outside, was handled by building a raised threshold and raising the door. The work also included new plumbing, electrical wiring and installation of vinyl siding on the exterior walls. All the work was handled with attention to every detail and was completed in precisely the amount of time Bella predicted it would take. Since my first experience with the company a number of years ago, I have never been disappointed with how they handled each job and have never considered hiring another contractor."

"I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. Robert and his team are reputable and honest contractors and we highly recommend them for any home repairs or home improvement projects.
