"I used this plumbing service for a simple clogged shower drain - something that should've been fixed quickly using a snake. The plumber came out and was clearly having trouble with the snake, but kept forcing it through the drain. The next thing I know he yelled to me that he pulled out insulation. He had went through my pipes with the snake. He called his boss and he showed up to fix the problem, which he did, but not without having to put a large hole in my wall. This was done on a Friday and they said they could come back Monday to fix the hole. Come Monday they cancelled and rescheduled to Wednesday, which was frustrating but understandable. On Wednesday however after waiting for them all day they decided not to show up and did not call or answer any of my calls or texts. I did not receive a call until the next evening saying there was a family emergency and he promised to be there Saturday. Well I guess it is my fault for believing him because again he was a no show with no calls or responses to my calls. It is now almost 2 weeks since the initial visit and I have not heard from them and still have a hole in my wall. Please think twice before using this company! I have never experienced such horrific service in my life."

"Multiple instances of increasing prices and adding work saying they cannot complete the project without this. Incomplete knowledge during the initial estimate, a lack of thoroughness. Over priced for rebuilding chimney. Kept having “‘issues” due to negligence from crew to properly assess. Rushed us into making decisions that costs thousands. To add to the unprofessional behavior, I was unloading my car, and as one of the workers leaves he looks in the back of my car and asks me for one of the water bottles from my groceries. I felt very awkward like I was put in a weird position if I said no, so I ended up opening up the pack of water bottles and giving him one. After they left, our neighbor came to our door to ask who the company was. One of the vans was speeding on our street where there are normally kids on bikes and people walking. They should not be going 40+ mph on a street where 25mph is the normal. It made me feel bad that we hired people that made my neighbors feel unsafe."
