"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

From walking us through the process, beating the price quotes from 3 other contractors to there quality of work and being available 7 days a week with any questions. example: We just had an electrical storm yesterday that fried our downstairs nest thermostat, Kyle was here in 40 minutes and replaced the nest an fixed the problem. When they installed the 2 full Ac and heating systems they came with a full team and installed both that same day! In my and my familes mind there isn't a reason not to go with Kyle and his team of professionals!"

"It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"
