Much of our trim woodwork was alligatored and the crew patiently sanded the surface to a smooth finish. They also did an excellent job of removing the alligatored paint on our 6 fluted columns and shutters as well as repairing the soffit of our garage. "The job went well. The owner, Ron, was extremely cooperative and provided excellent customer support with scheduling the work. The technician, Paul, was excellent. He arrived on time, repaired the outdoor shutter and patched the hole in the ceiling in the basement to my satisfaction. He worked diligently on each task. The outdoor trim was challenging as I had a unique trim in the section that needed repair. Paul took a look at the job, gave me a piece of the trim so I could match the paint and we agreed to reschedule to finish the trim. Additionally, he did a touch up paint job on the window shutter he repaired. He was thorough, neat, and this is what I truly love...he cleaned up after himself and rehung a picture he had to take down to repair the hole in the basement ceiling. Too often, I have had repair folks who leave a total mess. He left everything spotless. I am very pleased with this service and will be using them again. Great service...very professional."

Mr. Martin was courteous and upfront about all the details.  We received a full outline of the work that needed to be done and an estimate of the cost.  During the work, while the wall was being dismantled, additional damage was revealed, which required more work and cost more.

The workers were efficient and professional.  All the debris from the work was cleared away.

At the conclusion of the work, the wall, sliding door to the deck and the very large window above it, were restored to their original condition.  The only minor comment I have is that the connections to our alarm system were removed during work  and not reinstalled.  We needed to have the alarm company fix this at an additional charge.

All in all, however, A.W. Maritn is an excellent company to do business with.  We will certainly call on him again in the future for work on our house and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.
