I asked for an estimate for someone to come to my house. they would not do that. I also asked the lady what chemicals they used and she could not tell me, she did not know. The service was poor, he lied about several things. He tried to low ball me. he put a hole on my screen. And to anyone that is hiring this company make sure they are capable of doing the project and get an estimate.

"Regular wash is $250 this does not include removing the stain, (I finish all the exterior windows, and then I have to explain to this gentleman the window has stain: that will cost a little more, the price was $250 I only say 40 extra, and this gentleman start screaming, he say I am not going to pay extra, I was ready to leave without charging him anything, and they come rudely and open my door, and I know he is an adult, so I told him, calm down, I would do the extra work for free, I finished everything and was laughing happily that he was I remove the stain, the funniest thing is that the next day he called and said that we broke the screen."

Our windows have never been so clean! They came out the same day to give us a quote, which was very reasonable. Scheduling was a little more difficult and I didn't hear back right away, but I am so glad I was patient because the workmanship was worth the wait! They removed and washed all the screens (both upstairs and downstairs), washed the inside and outside of all the windows, and wiped down the sills. Honestly, I don't think the former owners of our house ever washed the windows - they were so disgusting and now they are sparkling! I would highly recommend White Lion Window Cleaning. We definitely plan on hiring them again next year!
