We needed full 2 story home wallpaper removal, wall prep, and paint. Some of the walls needed patching or repairs, and he took care of those as well.
I really appreciated him giving us a variable estimate, with a high amount that was the maximum of what it could be.. Because he was not sure the actual total time of repairs and prep. In the end, our total was a bit lower than we had prepared for.
