Steve returned my call on the same day, to coordinate an appt to come out to access the type of job I wanted to have done. Therefore, he would be able to provide me with a quote. Steve responded the same day to make an appt. Came on time to look at job and quote. Explained that his assistant would be doing the removal and would call for appt. Michelle was a very hard worker, did a thorough job of removal and washing the walls for painting. Both Steve and Michelle were genuinely wanting to satisfy us. Michelle was such a positive and interesting person, as well as a good worker. Yes, we will be calling them soon to do work in our next home. I had a painter scheduled and needed the wallpaper down and the walls free of glue in 1 day. The co scheduled me the next day and finished the job in one day. I can't say enough about their customer service!
