Best patio pros near Avalon, NJ

"What a great experience with Zak. After my initial call he said he would get back to me with an appointment as soon as possible. He was very busy at the time. Zak followed through perfectly. When he said he would be there he was and that is unusual in business in this area. Zak was professional, efficient and knows what he's doing. I recommend him highly."

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Friendly group of guys willing to accommodate. Happy with their service."

"Everything went excellent, they worked around the rain and finished the patio in record time"

"Very professional - I communicated via Texting and phone. They always got back to me and stuck to the schedule. Work was done on time and the cost was reasonable. Had to have an Air conditioner removed from upper wall and another installed in the same opening. Size was different so had to redo the opening. Will have them back for additional work."

"They did a very nice job on the installation. They were competent and I strongly recommend them."

"Everything went as scheduled. Approximate"

"New 2 car concrete driveway with a paver border and new sidewalk in front of the house were installed. Justin and his father, Frank completed the job in 4 days. They removed an old pebble driveway and an old 82 ft wide concrete sidewalk. They selected a great paver to match the existing paver walkway to the side porch. Meticulous job start to finish and a very reasonable cost compared to other local bids. Gave accurate quote and start and finish dates."

"SRA- don’t only build sunrooms! They helped to maximize our design plans to include a bedroom and bath. Had a minor problem with the salesman. Customer service handled it quickly and completely. They arranged for the owner to handle our request. Great service and a fair price."

"Good Company! Gabe responds to your contact, analyzes the problem, gives a personal quote, follows through on his word, stays in communication, is very knowledgeable about concrete, does excellent work in a timely manner, fairly priced. Could not be more pleased with my completed job. It looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone needing concrete work--both small and large jobs. Very dependable. So glad I chose Gabe at G.D. Whiting Masonry; would do it again."
