He and his crew laid out the irrigation before lunchtime using top quality materials. His young assistant showed up like clock work with a truck load of top soil and 50 pounds of South Jersey Mixture seed from Smeltzer & Sons. His crew went to the extra effort of installing two raised flower beds after removing the construction debris left by a contractor.
