"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. So big thanks to all at Quality. P S: Will update when there's a big rainstorm."

"Our patio and walkways around inground pool had became uneven after 34 years. Quality First came out and made all the concrete level after adjusting 8 sections of the walkway and two sections of the patio seating area. We are pleased with the results!"

"The entire staff from beginning to end have been wonderful! The crew that came to my house were the most polite group of guys, their parents would be proud! Everything was please and thank-you ....which along with craftsmanship, goes a long way when interacting with a company that you hire to do work in your home. Also, this company overall had the best warranty of those that we had come into our house to look at the job."

"Our house looks beautiful! It had a full redo. We had a new roof, siding, gutters, and stone added to bottom walls around the entire house. Harry and his team are all very professional, hard working, and skilled in their craftsmanship. He takes the time to communicate with us, and wants us to be 100% happy with the finished product. No detail is too small to be overlooked. We do highly recommend him to others. I give him 5 stars! Shelly Marchozzi"

"Pete and his team were very professional throughout our kitchen remodeling project. Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. Renovation projects are stressful enough (we knocked down a wall into the dining room, resized a window and completed it with matching exterior vinyl siding and capping, replaced the floor and subfloor in 2 rooms, cut new trim, repaired drywall, changed the color and decor, added new plumbing, electricity and lights, and increased 7 feet of cabinet/countertop/backsplash space to 18 feet!), but Pete and the crew did their best to alleviate all our stress. The kitchen was totally transformed, and we and all our friends and family love the results. Very satisfied!"

"My Bathroom was transformed beyong my expectations! The Guys are Linchpin took the time to plan out my new Bathroom with me and made sure to cover every detail! I am extremely Happy and Highly Recommend LinchPin Home Improvements and Cannot wait to Plan my next Project!"

"We move into our house last week and are just amazed how great the newly painted walls and ceilings look. We had Derek come to the house to repair cracks in the textured plaster walls and ceilings. He is awesome. The walls and ceilings look amazing. He even installed an awesome backsplash in our kitchen. He is the best hands down. Since we were living out of state he was nice enough to send us some pics during the work.  If your still reading this STOP and pick up the phone call Derek you will not be disappointed. We plan on bringing Derek back later this year for some additional work. Thanks Derek!

"Good quality work.  Owner is very responsive to all questions and concerns.   I am not an easy customer as I always ask a lot of questions when it comes to work on my house, the owner provided me with information and detailed explanation.   Since I had a positive experience, I am planing other projects with this company.

"This crew was prompt, neat, courteous, and worked with impeccable attention to detail. This was a labor intensive, complex roofing job, with flats, gables and overhangs. The worksite was clean at the end of every day. The finished result was beautiful, with complements from the neighbors. The weekend after the roof was finished, we experienced a record setting nor'easter, and had no damage or leaks. I would choose Top Line again for any further work."
