"Customer Service on phone = 5 stars Customer Service once on the property = 2 stars Price- overpriced for a simple clogged drain and garbage disposal replacement. I purchased garbage disposal myself from local store and their price for the install and to unclog the drain was still $376.40 for garbage disposal labor + Snake kitchen sink was $303.75 = $680.15 =a 1 star. In addition the technician changed pricing on the unclog and then said there was no guarantee on the work. After completion of the job I ran my dishwasher and no water. Technician had to be called to restore water flow. And he was disgruntled about returning."

"When Donny (plumber) got to my house I explained my problem. He tried several times to clear the kitchen drain, but it was unsuccessful due to mud clogged in drain in a pipe in the basement. He advised to add an access pipe to outside for better access to unclog drain without having to do major redesigning pipes in basement. Once the new access pipe was installed the outside the drain was cleared with not problems. Donny also suggested how to sharpen blades on garbage disposal and suggestions on how to keep drain clear in the future. I am so happy about the work Donny did and I am very grateful to him. This was a job that may have costed so much more, but Donny provided an very economical way of taking care of the problem. He was very professional, courteous, pleasant and caring person. "On Friday, April 25th 2014 I was having a vinyl floor installed at my house in my kitchen.  I have a bi-level single family home so my kitchen is right above my family room.  The flooring installers, American Carpet South, were nailing down underlayment and put a nail through one of my water pipes.  I walked downstairs and heard dripping so I ran and shut off the water and the ceiling was soaking wet.  I immediately came to Angie's List to look for plumbers to call and saw the good reviews that EFD had so I called them and the owner, Ed, answered after a couple of rings, I frantically told him that I was looking for someone to come out that day and see what happened.  He said that he could be here within an hour or two and he held true to his word.  He came in, took a look at the ceiling and then started to remove small pieces until he could clearly see that a nail from the flooring installers went through the water pipe.  He waited at our house until his crew arrived and they fixed it within 20 minutes.  Everyone was very professional and the work was high quality.  I would certainly call them again the next time I have a plumbing issue and recommend them to anyone else.

The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous.
