They came onto my property, including my front porch, lawn and driveway with their leaf blower and "went to town". They blew tree seeds all over a dirt patch on my front lawn that had just had new grass seeds planted. They then blew all the grass seeds from my driveway to the grass next to the driveway and at the edge of my property. Picture green grass smothered in brown tree seeds."

It’s important to remember that hydroseeded lawns require a lot of water during the first few weeks of installation, which can be time-consuming and costly. Additionally, the installation window tends to be shorter than that of sod and traditional grass. 

Weeds can grow through rubber mulch, but it depends on if you removed all the weeds in your garden beforehand. Weeds already in the soil can grow even when using rubber mulch. The ideal amount of mulch is the square footage of your desired depth in inches divided by 324. Aim to keep your old and/or new mulch at a depth of no more than three or four inches.
