Carlos Palomino is the very best when it comes to remodeling. He originally register his company as a handyman. Very quickly people learned that his craftsmanship was the very best. He went from being a handyman to building bran new homes in no time. The difference is he is not going to sub a lot of work out; he is able to do most things himself. Having a general contractor on the job gives you not only excellence but you can count he is on time as well.

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"They weren't cheap. They came as scheduled and did what they said they were going to do and it looked fine so we were happy with it. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. They came and had a pretty good quality brown mulch. Was better than I expected, actually. They were very helpful and really wet above and beyond - doing some minor weeding and prepping of the beds as well as spreading them. They were very careful with the existing plants and everything was very clean.
In the past, we would have folks come in and just toss everything fast then leave. Not the case here. Emerald really did a good job.

"I called Gleason to request an estimate on doing drywall and woodwork in a small bedroom in my house.  I left a message and Darrell returned my call the same day.  He was very pleasant and courteous on the phone and we set up an appointment for them to come look at the room two days later.  Aziz showed up right on time to look at the room.  He was also very pleasant to deal with, and he gave me a very honest assessment of the situation, pointing out that based on the current state of the walls (paneling over wallpaper over plaster) he was guessing that taking down the paneling might be opening a can of worms that I could be sorry we opened.  I was really appreciative of the fact that Aziz seemed more concerned with giving me the best advice than he was with getting the job!  I would definitely call Gleason again if and when I need similar work done in my house.  Thanks guys!"
