Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. "My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. Mike came out to measure and sent me a line item estimate which detailed the scope of work to be done, gave me a list of all the materials and quantities to be ordered, answered all my questions throughout the process and picked up the tile when it arrived. Mike and crew are professional, extremely neat. The work was done in the time stated and within the estimate. Last minute incidental items I had forgotten such as corner shelves and door and window sill pieces were taken care of. He did my mom's bathroom and they were equally pleased! Highly recommended."
