Initially ok, but the seal was never tight and I asked if he could drill into the marble to secure the glass better and make the glass door tighter...said he didn't want to drill into the marble sill....I've had leakage ever since and now it came thru as water spots on our kitchen ceiling.

On a large window the installer chipped a little plastic piece off of the frame on the inside of the window. He did not inform me of this nor did the office return my email about it.  It is ugly but didn't harm the window itself.  Now, I know it was an accident but what bothers me is, I wasn't informed and I never got a return on my email.  That is unprofessional and rude. Other then that I was satisfied with the service.
