I described what needed to be done and with a professional manner, he said he'll handle it. Fast forward in time when all was said and done, not only was the porch completely done but he noticed that the entrance door trim needed touching up and went ahead and did that without charging me extra! "They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"Steven and Nicolas arrived on time to tackle the work. I supplied them with sand paper, brushes, rollers and paint to do the job. They worked at it for several hours. It was a beautiful day out and the paint dried quickly. After they finished the deck, the white paint was almost blinding in the sun's reflection, a pretty sight and nice invitation to use the roof deck. The 2 of them did a great job and I'm sure the tenants are thrilled with the end result! So am I."
