I described what needed to be done and with a professional manner, he said he'll handle it. "Mark made the whole process very easy. He came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate and was here a week later with all the paint and supplies to do the job. Mark was quick, efficient and thorough. He was able to set up, paint an entire room plus fix water stains on the ceiling in a second room and clean up all in just a few hours. All of this was done very well - much better than anyone else I've ever had paint before. The paint job is beautiful; the water stains in the second room are gone - and there was no sign of a mess anywhere. Mark said he chose a washable paint for the walls - which I was pretty sure I was never going to have to test out, given this room would have no reason to get dirty (I thought). Sure enough, a few days after the job was done, I leaned something against a wall that left a 6 inch mark. With simple soap and water I was able to remove the stain quickly - like it never even existed. The wall once again had that "just painted" look. "Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks.
