Excellent! I will recommend them. Within 4 days, he had to do his trap and kept coming back to check, and I check it also. He got 3 or 4 ground ant. I am very pleased with the service. They were professional, pay attention to details, and friendly. They live with catching long life and were being helped in our landscape.

He came for the initial consultation the day after we called, and gave us an estimate of $800.00 to install one way doors to get rid of the squirrels in our attic. The initial work was done within a few days from the estimate, and he came back 2 weeks later to remove the doors and close up the holes. He was nice, prompt, and very professional when we asked for a certificate of insurance before hiring him to work on our house. ( We had gotten a previous bid from another company, but the man insulted us, and refused to do the work, when we asked him for an insurance certificate.) Their price seemed a bit high compared to others listed on Angie's List, but our roof if VERY high, so maybe that affected the cost. MVW's work is guaranteed for 1 year, and I would definitely call them again.

Paul did an extremely thorough job on a tough project. We?ve heard mice and squirrels in the house, and although it?s a very tight house, there are ridge vents and stonework that provide a lot of crevices and entry points. He set one-way traps to make sure the animals got out (instead of being trapped somewhere in the house), and came back to fix all the vents and neatly fill the crevices. Since there is a lot of detail to do this, Paul has had to come back to make sure things are properly sealed, and has also set and checked interior traps to make sure no critters remain. His followup has been top-notch. He enjoys the detective work that?s required for this sort of project, is patient, and takes no shortcuts. He?s a pleasure to work with, and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone who has a need for removing/excluding unwanted wildlife. A contractor with this sort of work ethic is very rare, and Paul goes on the shortlist of contractors I would hire without bothering to call someone else for another bid.
