"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"Went great. Sales rep showed up very quickly after I called to request a bid. There was no hard-selling, no pushing of products I didn't need or want, just full information and a very reasonable price. They sent a second guy out to recheck the measurements before ordering the windows - he showed up exactly on time, finished his business quickly, and left. The subcontractor who installed the windows came well within the specified time range, protected the flooring appropriately, and replaced the windows complete with finishing the project with white caulking, and cleaning up completely afterward. "Mike and his team did a solid job for us.  The previous owners had punted on installing
the correct solution and lied about water entering the home.  When we found ¼ inch of water in our back
room basement we called GMBS out and they were there within hours to do an
estimate.
This was one of the rainiest summers in recent memory and
GMBS had a ton of business so we had to wait, but it was worth the wait.  They finished the job in under 3 days and the
work looks great.
They installed a brand new sump pump, the old one the previous owners had
installed was done poorly, was inefficient to the task and sounded like a jet
engine.   They installed a sub floor
perimeter drainage system and vapor sealed our walls.
 
They were quick, professional, courteous and were easy to
work with.  We paid up front and part of
the job was over estimated and they got a refund to us when we needed it.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
