He knew just what to do to address some sagging floors and areas of the house that weren't correctly supported. He did all the work himself (he sometimes has his son work with him). I have no idea how he was able to complete all the work on his own, especially pouring new concrete footings in a very small crawl space! He is a machine!!! He is meticulous in his work and really goes above and beyond. He left our basement cleaner than when he started!!! He’s a super nice man and it was a pleasure having him work on our house."

"I am writing a review of the Warranty process. I had my home painted by RhinoShield in March of 2020. In August of 2023, I noticed a patch of paint that has peeled off. I contacted RhinoShield to have the spot repaired. I was informed by the production manager Luis that the repair would be covered under the warranty and that there was a fee of $450.00. This is stated in the warranty, but my objection relates to RhinoShield's marketing. For many years, I heard advertisements claiming RhinoShield was unlike regular paint that had to be done every seven years. I saw properties in my area that had used RhinoShield product and they looked great, so I opted to use RhinoShield. My paint lasted THREE years before I had an issue. If this issue had occurred ten years after the product was applied, I wouldn't be as angry about the warranty fee. I have not heard from RhinoShield for two months now in spite of sending emails. MAKE THIS RIGHT RHINOSHIELD!"

When he pulled the shingles, what he found was both disheartening and shocking. The prior roofer (work he was repairing) bungled the entire roof and left vast sections of structure uninsulated. Rot had ruined the joists. The simple 1 week job was now a complete rebuilding of the entire roof system including new joists. What I got in the end was a perfectly engineered roof with air circulation, up-to-code insulation, and attractive metal roofing. His attention to detail is spectacular - I even heard him tell a technician "No - it has to fit perfectly." Air spacing wood members were slotted to facilitate airflow. The 1 week job took close to three, and each day they left the workspace clean. There were no unreasonable delays and they worked solid through the heat until the job was done.
