"We had 3 separate crews (windows, sidings and gutters). All 3 great, started work as soon as they arrived at 8 AM and did not stop until either the job was done or it was quitting time (which in the case of the siding crew was well past 5:00. Everything was completed in the time fram e we were given, and the house looks incredible. I am currently consider a move, and if my new house needs any work, I will definitely call Clear Choice."

You may only need to repaint fiber cement siding every decade or so, but you should clean it every six to 12 months, depending on your local climate. Once you add these up, include an additional 10% to account for any wastage.

When it comes to fiber cement siding maintenance, it’s not too much work. However, it needs to be painted about every 15 years and may need to be re-caulked to prevent mold. Be sure to also wash your fiber cement siding with a lower-powered garden hose at least twice a year to avoid buildup and fading as well.
