Tom was extremely professional and did an excellent job. He repaired a subfloor put new flooring down, put in a toilet and a faucet. It wasn't an easy job but he got it done in no time. I would definitely hire Hands4hire again.

Tom was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very neat . He installed two faucets ,mounted a television, and replaced a ceiling light. All materials were ready for installation and Tom set to work with purpose and wasted no time getting things done. All in all, a very professional and well executed experience.

An estimate was made and the time to complete the job was highly over estimated. When the job was finished in less than an hour versus the estimated 4 to 5 hours,we were still charged for the full time and received a nasty response when the fee was questioned.Quality was decent but value was poor.

"We are sorry that he feels this way, but we gave him a written estimate that he agreed upon. This job took longer then one hour and the customer was out of town during the time of the work order and we had to communicate through his daughter. We moved furniture off from his deck and used a cleaner on the deck and let it dry. We also lightly sanded the entire top deck area and applied one coat of the customer's stain. We supplied cleaner, tape, sand paper, brushes, buckets, trays, roller and rags for the job. We also had to go back a second time. The amount that was charged was below the average and again, we were there longer than one hour. He was out of town, so not sure how he came up with one hour. Also, this job was done back in August and this rating was done 3 to 4 months later??? Also he was satisfied with the outcome of the work order."

Did fantastic work on replacing a large windowsill and water damaged under-sink cabinet. Clean, professional, and quick work made the project well worth the money. Will definitely hire in the future for all of the other to-do projects around our house!

Review by Ed P., Davidson, NC As indicated there were multiple small projects. The largest of them entailed designing, building, and installing a roof over a basement entryway. Others included weatherstripping garage doors. acquiring, painting, and installing a mailbox post in a location free of tree roots, installing a railing from the second floor to the attic and from the kitchen to the garage, caulking all outdoor window frame and door frames on this two story house, selecting and installing a new doorbell for the front entrance and painting the entire front entrance. Also installed a new basketball ring and net and painted the backboard. Tom and Thomas did all of this and more with maximum efficiency. I would strongly recommend them to anyone
