Showed up for the quote when we scheduled the first meeting and we were very impressed with the overall experience. The deck they built was spot on and perfect for our needs. They did make some recommendations as to how it would look and work better for us and we went with their decisions and are so happy and impressed. They were very neat about their work and very easy to talk with. I would never use anyone else, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for whatever you need. So great to work with."

With my husband being a contractor himself but having no time to do the work, this was a big step to take on our behalf and we needed a contractor we could trust to show up and complete this major renovation. Rich took the job on knowing full well what challenges may exist with working at another contractorâ s home. Rich was completely open to my husbandâ s suggestions as well as being able to provide his own ideas on how to complete the project. Even though we had a contract Rich has been very accommodating with allowing us to veer outside of the project specs. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"Very happy with the basement. Work actually started 2-3 weeks earlier than expected. We were told the job would last about 4-5 weeks. Basement work was completed in about 4 weeks. Very professional. No worries about whether the plumber or electrician would be available. We discussed small changes to the layout (e.g., where the sink in the bathroom would be located) and everyone was very accommodating."
