"The 1964 bulkhead I had out back was replaced a year ago, but the wood and insulation underneath (the ceiling of the walkway underground to my basement under the back living room) took in water damage and the area was very musty for years. Tom Morneault of Morneault Environmental was the only guy I could find that would not only treat the wood to remove anything growing on it/get rid of the smell, but his team also removed old wood and insulation and re-insulated for me as part of the deal, which was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other companies I talked to, which would only remove the old wood and insulation, they don't put anything back in. Tom's team was here by 8:30 this morning and by 2pm they were done and it looks fantastic and smells crisp and clean. They didn't even stop for breaks or have to make any trips to get supplies, they had them all in the van, including the insulation boards. Very highly recommended if anyone is in the same situation."

"I met Dan Garvey through Angie’s list when i found a home I wanted to purchase, the bank needed an estimate on how much work needed to be done. I contacted Angie’s list and Dan amongst others reached out for the job . After reading & researching the company’s I went w/Garvey Construction & glad I did… Dan met me at the property and gave me an estimate , explained everything in detail what the job would entail. Explained in a way I could fully understand… Though I got outbid on the property I will definitely be calling Garvey , Dan in particular when I do find my dream home for any repairs or changes I want done … Thank u Garvey Construction for your time and look forward to hiring by in the future for any jobs I will need done…"

"C&O Contracting owned by Bob Ouilette has a business of using poor materials, as a result his workmanship needs to be fixed within weeks. He then becomes overwhelmed faced with fixing everything from using rusting fencing to building in an air ventilator askew so its not facing the window. Then he finally takes the money and runs. Telling you he will come and fix it next week.... Meanwhile I had to get his hacked workmanship fixed properly by others."

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"After dealing with many disappointing contractors/handymen, Charlie & Richard were a (shocking) breath of fresh air and worth every penny. This company takes pride in their work and these two men truly want to do the best job for their customers in the long run. They do not cut corners at all and have extreme attention to detail. From the beginning, Charlie was organized, responsive and detailed in his quote. Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). The painting and drywall repair came out beautiful! I only wish I found this company sooner, but we will definitely be hiring Charlie & Richard again!"

We just moved into a house that was built in 1804, it needed new paint everywhere. Scott not only did a great job painting, he also addressed the many issues in the ceilings, trim and walls that have been overlooked for years. Now all the rooms look brand new!
