Appeared at exact time promised. Pleasant and friendly guy with a sense of humor. Worked quickly and quietly. We were not sure he would be able to salvage spare room rug (really filthy) but it looks like we just installed it!! Master bedroom rug looks like new also. More expensive than Servicemaster quote but we are very satisfied and will hire him again. Highly recommend him.
