"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. Next day I called ACIQ customer service and they wanted the phone number of the installer. So I asked Bill M. for his son's phone number, which I'd never had. Very strange, he wouldn't provide the number right away and said maybe after the weekend. Anyway he never provided it. So I stopped payment on the check. When Mr. McGinley realized he wasn't getting paid, he came up to investigate himself. I meet him and we figured out the problem, which we fixed with a piece of tape. I then gave Bill another check for the balance which he later cashed. Subsequently, I asked for the invoice which I needed to submit a rebate application to NHSaves. For weeks I've heard excuses and still have not received an invoice. That is not acceptable for a company listed as an Angi Pro."
