"He was able to fit me in the same day I contacted him. Prices are incredibly fair. He works fast to set the parts needed and to schedule getting them installed to get you up and running. I'd highly recommend bigfoot HVAC for all your heating needs"

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"A few times I've called him: pretty late - and, he always comes out. He also did the electrical work for the our addition. He also helped us to install a water heater. He also did all of our recessed lighting! He's reasonable & fair. I would like to adopt him!"

"The job was done in two parts since it involved moving furniture from one side of the house to the other.  The floors came out amazing.  We picked a dark stain since our house is old and with the satin finish they really look great and fit in well with the age of the house.  James' price was extremely competitive and the work was done to fit our schedule.  He was excellent to work with, responded promptly and was flexible. I would hire him again.

"My air conditioner was not working so I contacted my home warranty service and they sent a local company representative to checkout the problem. It was a capacitor - the technician installed the part and it has been working ever since."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Regular cleaning, sealing cracks, and inspecting second-hand furniture help prevent infestations.

A raccoon may be hanging around your house for convenient access to food, water, or shelter. They may drink water out of puddles, pools, ponds, fountains, or your pet’s water bowls. Raccoons are also known to eat just about anything, including food from gardens and waste from unsecured trash cans.

Getting roaches to completely go away will take a lot of effort, and they hardly ever go away on their own. You will likely need a combination of home treatments, like roach sprays and traps, and regular visits from an exterminator, to control an infestation. It can take awhile for these treatments to start working, and you’ll need to stay on top of replacing old traps and having additional extermination services, plus keeping your home clean and decluttered, to deter roaches.

To freeze bed bugs, they’ll need to be exposed to very low temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower for at least 4 days. You can use a remote thermostat to determine when the infested item reaches 0 degrees. Keep in mind that bed bug professionals have the high-quality tools and equipment needed to eradicate bugs using extreme cold, so it’s best to hire a pro for this method.

Some plants that are toxic to animals or insects are also toxic to people. Daffodils, for example, are considered poisonous to humans (although they are rarely fatal). Most of the other plants listed above, however, are safe (and delicious!) for humans to eat, including basil, rosemary, and lemongrass.
