Jim Miller responded within 24 hrs and called me twice to keep me informed of his arrival time. Once here he was courteous, thorough and careful in assessing the work needed. He did a minor repair on the same day as his estimate and has scheduled the remaining work for completion next week. So great to have a straightforward timeline for this work.

It had come time to replace our gas water heater and since our boiler was older than dirt we figured it would be best to update with a more current and efficient unit. We had contacted several contractors, most of whom never got back to us. Jeff immediately returned our inquiry and was able to come over and discuss options. The quote was very reasonable especially compared to the other ones received from some of the more well known local companies. Bigfoot's customer service was excellent; he was quick to respond, very clean, explained everything in detail and offered a follow up maintenance next season. I would definitely recommend Bigfoot HVAC!

Jeff came to my office to service the heating unit. Years past prior techs came and left in 15 mins. Jeff showed me the old filter and new filter in place. The unit is above a suspended ceiling and took an effort to access. Honestly don't think any prior tech even opened the unit. He did a great job. Hired him for job at my house and my in laws place. He is my go to guy for all HVAC.

My a/c unit wasnâ t working during one of the first hot spells... I got many Recommendations from people but no one would work on it due to either I wasnâ t a customer or they were far too busy. Then someone recommended Bigfoot to me he was here the next day kind courteous thorough I am forever thankful for him coming so quickly during the heat wave. Thank you Bigfoot
