We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
