"Do NOT use this company if you want a quality paint job. Certapro breached the contract and did not provide services specified in the contract. We printed the contract to show the painter before he started but he still failed to comply with the contract. Painter came with wrong paint, failed to do a coat of primer as specified, was unaware he was to paint the wood trim around 2 ceiling windows (also specified), paint coverage was very uneven & left large areas appearing as gray shadows next to areas that were painted more heavily, did not cut edges of room evenly, etc. Additionally Certapro painter damaged a section of dry wall on his last day. Photo shows the way he left it. We reached out to Certapro owner Scott, the office manager, and our salesman Matt with a detailed email and photos. Waited over a week but had no response from any one. Called our salesman - waited over a week again. Very poor customer service. Very poor quality of work. Spent a week repairing the substandard work ourselves. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company."

I hired them to expand a closet and turn it into a pantry and create a multi-purpose sink/dog wash and install a barn door. I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bill was our main Jack of All Trades, and he was amazing! Wayne was our plumber, Tommy was our painter, etc. etc. They were all great guys. Definitely will call them again for future projects."
