Guy. his installer did an incredible job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When he left, we didn't even know he'd been there. Everything was cleaned up. We used Spencer Granite at Joe's recommendation for our granite countertops and they came out great. Joe was very personable, easily accessible and always returned my calls right away. They cleanup up every day and the final cleanup was spotless. Communications and customer interaction was also top notch. This started with the initial sales and planning right up through the final cleanup. They were never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were doing. This was not a small job.- 18 custom cabinets, 8 floor cabinets, 2 lazy Susanâ s, a built-in desk, 15 drawers, an island, and a new refrigerator enclosure. Nothing appeared to be a problem for them.
