"I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. Once we actually got the guy to come out it was good, we got done what we needed to get done, but actually communicating with him was very difficult. We were waiting long time for responses. We were told the day he would come out and he did not arrive and we did not get a call to say he was not coming. So, actually kind of fixing the date was difficult. The person we were actually talking to was not the person that actually came out and did the job, but that was okay. We actually had some additional work that we liked them to do and they were going to call us back and we never got a call, so we did not follow-up with them but the work that was done was good. The guy that actually came out and did the work was very good and he explained what he had done and as I said originally they were going to just do the frame but they ended up doing the whole door and we did not have any problems with that. They did not try and charge us extra or anything, so that was very good, but on the bad side just trying to pin him down and get a date and actually get them to come out was quite difficult."
