I was out of state and learned that my elderly father had clogged both of his toilets some time ago without my knowledge. I contacted Heritage for an emergency appointment and they sent Ken Hilton. Once he assessed the rather unpleasant situation, Ken called and filled me in and moved forward with the repairs. He was extremely kind dealing with my elderly father and he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him!

Joshua Rudolf did a great job with a lot of recommendations and observations. The job was done thoroughly, and the customer service was spectacular - not to mention he was fun to talk to. I know my old house has lots of issues and some future plumbing problems, so believe it or not, I'm looking forward to having him and his colleagues back, as I trust he can assess, fix and improve on the many plumbing and heating quirks in in my house.
