"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "John Leahy is an extremely professional and customer service oriented individual with the knowledge and skills to take on multiple tasks in your home. A great communicator, answering all of my texts almost immediately and no question went unanswered. We hired him to rebuild a large deck. The quote was reasonable and, upon completion of the project, remained the final price. The quality of workmanship is top notch. The project was completed in just over a week, as he and his partner arrived early every day working through 94 degree heat to finish in the time that he had anticipated. Clean up was thorough and satisfying. I recommend them highly. Their demeanor was pleasant, their skill level high, and their honesty and customer service refreshing and greatly appreciated."

"This project was sheet rock of a garage, repair of rotted framing, residing rotted areas and putting back together a large room after frozen pipes and water damage. "Beto (Humberto Morais) Beto built a staircase and replaced and my home soffits. He explained the work he was doing and completed the work on the exact days he told me. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). Xavi, the owner of Xcc delivered on all three from start to finish. From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe? Xcc Builders will because Xavi is man of character who takes great pride in his work and fully understands the impact integrity has on his business’s reputation and long term success."

"The doors on a new piece of furniture hung uneven and was very noticeable with the hardware. Torin was able to work magic and re hang the doors to make them all level! He also replaced the outdated hardware with new modern handles. I?m very happy and has improved the overall look of the room. Will absolutely work with Torin again on future projects."
