Lousy. The part is no longer available and we were never notified. When I called, they assured me that we would get a call from the parts department in a couple of days. They never called. Two weeks later, I called them back, and after being put on hold multiple times and disconnected on once, I finally got through to someone who claimed that I will be getting my refund on the part. We shall see...

It went well. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me advice on using liquid softener instead of the drier sheets I was using. He explained the reasons for this. I was pleased that he gave me this input.

They came right away and they did a good job fixing it. We had no problems. They fixed the dishwasher and then they asked us about getting a yearly kind of a contract. So we signed up for that. We had other things that we were concerned about. That way we could have it covered so they could come out. They did a good job. They came when they said they would come. They came as soon as they could. They came promptly and fixed it. It was good, it was great. It worked out fine. He had to go back out and get a part. So I think he was just being accurate with what was needed to fix it. The price was average.

I can get online at any time of the day or night and schedule a visit. They come usually within 24 hours and they've always been very efficient. I think they're great for a service company because I deal with a lot of service company's, plumbers, electricians, all seems to be impossible to get a hold of. I must say that their appliance service had been phenomenal, I really can say that, usually I don't. Price was really comparable.

They did a great job. The out-of-pocket cost was like $300. I would tell Angie’s List members or a friend to have Sears do it right upfront as opposed to having your builders install. I made a mistake of not having it warrantied to get somebody else install it and they did not get it right the first time.
