He also did an amazing job. Clearly both Pat and Trevor make a great additions to Phil's team. There were many mistakes that the original builder made and although seemingly small they caused a huge amount of damage over the years. When Phil left we told him it was as good as new, though actually it is better than new. We were so happy to have them at our home and when all was said and done, they left our home much, much better than they found it.
