"We met Dan months before the project was scheduled to start and he knew our deadline was 7/9 when our first weekly vacation renter was due to arrive. Our main issues were: He was a week late starting Didn't show up on several days (had to take his son to get his COVID shot, several days it was too hot, heavy traffic, etc) Ignored my detailed instructions/drawings and we lost time because he plumed a double vanity for only 1 sink, told us we could buy any standard shower door from Lowe's only to learn AFTER the shower had been framed that it required a custom built door, forgot to tile the accent color stripe in the shower, miscalculated the amount of shower tile needed requiring me to drive 3 hours RT to purchase extra tile and deliver it to him. Skim coat on the ceiling was done poorly, the door to the bathroom didn't open all the way so we had to hire someone after Dan left to shave it down for us. He was supposed to finish by July 9th and didn't finish until Sept 9th!!!! had to give renters $3000 off because they had no toilet or shower. I split the difference with him and took $1500 off his bill and he was not happy. I should have taken the entire amount off. He might be OK for smaller jobs, but he is not focused enough and doesn't work a full day (usually 8 AM -1 PM) or even a full week. If he takes work outside of NH, he should have his plumbing/electrical license so he doesn't have to rely on outside contractors. We suffered because he didn't hold ME licenses and wasn't well connected w/ local contractors in ME."

I had a vision for what the half bath in my 1800's house could be and no idea of the challenges we'd face with the existing plumbing. "We started out looking for an architect/designer, and met the owner of Tseranos Construction, Sterg, in the process. He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with. He found ways to keep costs down while doing everything that we wanted to have done. In the end, the garage construction project took about 5 months, but we are thrilled with the results. Would hire Sterg again for future projects."

"I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

Showed up for the quote when we scheduled the first meeting and we were very impressed with the overall experience. The deck they built was spot on and perfect for our needs. They did make some recommendations as to how it would look and work better for us and we went with their decisions and are so happy and impressed.
