My husband called and they came that day. No problem was found on the 1st check of the system the furnace operated fine every time. 2 days went by and it failed again so they came again at no cost and the switch was changed and it's worked when needed so I have hot water shower instead of a cold one.

When Daryl arrived he came into the house and immediately removed his shoes/boots. As it was May at the time he had to walk through mud to get into the house. After examining the shower set up, and the dining room stains, he also felt that most likely he would have to gain access to the pipes. HOWEVER, he caulked the down spout that goes to the tub and told us to watch the ceiling. He said the problem might be this simple !!!!! The good news is that the leak no longer exists !!! Due to Daryl's honesty and knowledge the entire cost was $85. We would recommend Rescue Plumbing to anyone. They are knowledgable, thoughtful, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.
