Rodriguez Painter

Luis and his team are wonderful. This place looks marvelous! He did everything in 2 days! I could not be more pleased with his work. The trim was bare wood & they filled all the nail holes & caulked all the gaps. They spray painted the ceilings & the trim and it looks really good. They roll the paint on the walls, applying two coats. One bedroom has ceiling to floor built in shelves that are about 3 feet wide. They spray painted those & it looks terrific - NO streaks! It's important to note that all the bedrooms were a different color and the price was still very reasonable. They removed the wall plates to the plugs & switches & they removed the handrail to the stairs & reinstalled after everythng was dry. (Susan Gregg did not remove anything, she just paints around them.) Originally, it was $750.00 for the three bedrooms but when I saw the level of their work, I asked them if they could paint the ceiling in the hall & stairway and apply a 2nd coat to the walls, so that added another $150.00 to the job. (This part was a cleanup/fix from Susan Gregg who's job was expensive & the quality of her work was poor.) I got all this for $900.00!! I'm using Rodriquez Painters again for my living room & kitchen... I'm attaching pictures for your review. I invite you to compare them to the pictures I placed in my review about Susan Gregg's work. (Note: I took off the wall plates again because I decided to put new white plates, plugs and switches in to match the new paint.)
