"Two stars because the work was eventually finished, but they left work partially completed with a dormer exposed to rain for several weeks. They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
