"We had a leaking 35 year old oil-fired boiler that needed to be replaced. This was just at the start of the heating season in 2021. We got quotes for price & installation dates from several HVAC companies Clear All HVAC supplied several boiler replacement options and also quoted an earlier delivery date than any other quote. We selected a boiler/indirect water heater combination that was significantly less than competing quotes. Clear All installed the system within a week and responded quickly to any concerns & questions we had. We highly recommend Clear All HVAC for anyone that needs HVAC installations, repairs, service and values good customer service. In our opinion they are outstanding and we will continue to use them as our go to HVAC Services company."

"Highly recommend Joe! 30 yr old boiler died, leaving us with no hot water. Joe quickly came and provided quote for boiler and new Indirect water tank which we wanted replaced. His price was a lot more reasonable than other quotes I got. also was able to get project done the same week as quote where others were scheduling 1 to 2 weeks out. despite the supply house delivering the boiler late ( Joe stayed in contact advising progress) He still was able to complete the work when he said he would. Action was the only one to contact me of all the suggested companies. That made me even more suspicious! They were able to fit me in for the next day. Hmm, more hesitation. But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. "Kason is truly the best. Not only does he answer every time we call for any issue, but he or Connor, show up the same day which is huge when you run a small business! We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? "TCC is as good as it gets. After several issues with our GC and the plumber he used, I insisted that we use ours to fix everything that was messed up and/or flat-out wrong in our house. He agreed and I immediately called TCC. First, Joe is the best when it comes to boilers and plumbing issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient when someone like myself, who knows absolutely nothing about boilers, ask a LOT of dumb questions. He fixed an issue that we've been having since we moved into the house last summer - one that our GC's plumber has been to the house on three different occasions to fix and only made worse. I've recommended TCC to clients who needed boiler repairs, plumbing updates and such in their homes and all have been equally as pleased. Are they cheapest around? No. But I've found that, when it comes to contractors, you get what you pay for and if paying a little more means I'll have good service and it'll be done right the first time, then I'll pay it every time. "I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by McGinley & Sons. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."
