"Brian at Clear All was recommended by a friend and they lived up to the recommendation and beyond. Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. While the new boiler was obviously more expensive then the repair, the price quoted for the boiler, burner, install, and removal of the old system was very fair - too good to pass up and risk throwing good money at bad with a repair on a 20+ year old boiler. Contacted them on a Monday, Brian showed up on that Wednesday to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed and running by 5 pm Thursday. He kept me in the loop through the whole process even though it was my in-laws boiler install. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil."

In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance.
