"Brian at Clear All was recommended by a friend and they lived up to the recommendation and beyond. Helped trouble shoot a broken boiler for my in-laws and once he saw it he highly recommended replacing the boiler. I knew this was not an up-sell as the boiler was in very rough shape. While the new boiler was obviously more expensive then the repair, the price quoted for the boiler, burner, install, and removal of the old system was very fair - too good to pass up and risk throwing good money at bad with a repair on a 20+ year old boiler. Contacted them on a Monday, Brian showed up on that Wednesday to assess the situation and the new boiler was installed and running by 5 pm Thursday. He kept me in the loop through the whole process even though it was my in-laws boiler install. He also took the time to evaluate the size of the house and recommended a much smaller boiler - the existing one was way oversized and therefore over-using heating oil."

He explained the house heating would be off as he cleaned filters etc. After cleaning/adjustment/testing was conducted, he went over the test results printout with me. He inspected the boiler and the house, asked questions about the house and what I wanted. Gave me advice on what I wanted to do. Mike e-mailed me three quotes a few day later, with specs on the boilers. Called me a few days after that to see if I had questions. I made the appointment for the install, again, on my schedule.
